We provide free delivery to all addresses in Hong Kong and Macau, including outlying islands.

All orders are sent from our warehouse in Kwai Chung and delivered by SF Express. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

Your filters will be dispatched the (business) day after your order is received and in most cases, you will receive your filters two (business) days after placing your order.

Business days are Monday through Friday.

International Delivery

We are able to ship to most countries, but the site is not currently setup to calculate international shipping automatically.

Returns

Unopened filters may be returned within 7-days of purchase. Please reply to your order email to arrange. Unfortunately we are unable to accept return of filters that have been opened, due to the sanitary nature of the product.

Return shipping costs and a HK$100 restocking fee applies to returned items.
